Good morning Ms. Crisp. I am writing to let you know what a wonderful and professional job Cherie did for Vicki and myself in the purchase of a lot in the Pecan Valley subdivision. First of all, she met us on very short notice to accommodate us since we are from South Texas and were actually preparing to leave Tyler when she advised that she would meet us. Secondly, she always kept us informed with all issues concerning the lot purchase and that had not happened with a previous agent that we had spoken. All in all, we were extremely happy with her and would certainly recommend her to anyone that wishes to contact us. Thanks again.
